Matheo Academy is a platform, not a solo project. Without partners who bring pedagogy and expertise, it would not exist. We provide the technology and editorial direction, they provide the content worth putting into the apps.
Tobiáš Učebnice
Primary editorial partner. A publisher of workbooks with more than thirty years of practice in Czech and Slovak schools. Their methodology has been tested in real-world classrooms. We know it fits the way schools actually teach.
The collaboration with Tobiáš Učebnice began in 2014 and forms the core of Matheo Academy. All exercises in Zatracená čeština, Ach tá slovenčina and Pavučinka come from their preparation. Tobiáš Učebnice continues to contribute to the content as the platform grows.
Speech therapists
The Pavučinka app develops auditory perception, the ability to distinguish phonemes, syllables and the rhythm of speech. It is a field where lay intuition often fails: what looks like a simple sound can be a motor or perceptual challenge for a child.
Pavučinka has therefore been developed with feedback from speech therapists from the very first version. The exercises are not built on what looks reasonable, but on what actually works in therapy and in school practice.
